Before joining the agency, Adam led a team at English Heritage Gardens, gaining experience in landscaping and design. He continued to hone his project management skills in retail, taking on a leadership role before shifting his focus to operations.

Outside of work, Adam is a talented fine artist where his work has been selected for the prestigious Royal Society of Portrait Painters’ Summer Exhibition.

With a career spanning both the UK and Singapore, Claire has worked across a wide range of sectors in marketing and communications roles and oversees all of Warrior Sq’s client projects.

Holding a Psychology degree from the University of Nottingham, Claire went on to work at Innovation Unit in London before relocating to Singapore. Setting up her own consultancy, she provided marketing and events support to Singaporean businesses. In 2016 Claire also worked on the Responsible Business Forum, in partnership with UNDP, collaborating with business and political leaders to tackle UN Development Goals.

Claire returned to the UK in 2020 and now lives in Kent with her husband and two sons. A total bookworm at heart, she has a love for the English countryside, cooking with things grown in her garden and trying her hand at new craft projects. Her next goal is beekeeping!

With a background in both the arts and marketing, Freddie is experienced at adapting and applying current marketing trends and methodologies to an arts and cultural setting.

Graduating in 2005 from SOAS with an Art History degree, Freddie went on to work at Sotheby’s, the British Antique Dealers Association and the Daniel Katz Gallery. Thereafter, he honed his marketing skills at two internationally renowned marketing agencies before setting up Warrior Sq in 2023 with the sole purpose of servicing the arts and culture sector. 

Freddie lives in East Sussex with his wife, daughter, golden retriever and two cats. Interests include his own illustrations, self penned tunes and getting his first novel published. Freddie is also a Trustee and Chair of the Arts Committee of Centrepieces, a mental health arts charity.
